These landaise-style villas built in a spacious and private garden with its own private swimming pool and teak wooden terrace dominate the pine forests.

The villas all have a big comfortable lounge with satellite television (Astar : German, English or American channels), and video recorder. Car park. You will find games, books and magazines at your disposal.

The dining area is open to the terrace which is furnished with recliners next to the swimming pool.

The American style kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine and dryer, dish washer, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and fridge-freezer (vacuum cleaner and iron).

The main room with its double bed and large bay windows that open onto the terrace, have a dressing area and ensuite bathroom with Balneo bath and WC. The other 2 bedrooms (one of which with double bed and twin beds) share the shower room and separate WCs

Free access to a private lake. Relax in the calm and discover the beach and shops (approx 1,2 km) by bike, using the cycle paths that cross the dunes and the golf course.

To start your holidays in a perfect manner, the vills Prestige oofer the following services :

• 1 bottle of Champagne and, as a welcome present, a hamper with coffee, tea, milk, sugar, fruit juice, mineral water, bread, butter and jam
• The beds are made at your arrival. Towels are provided and will be changed once during the week.

Every day, yous receive bread and croissants as well as the newspaper (twice a week)

• Villa 4 rooms 6-8 pers. (RDL) 90 m² : lounge with sofa bed and 3 bedrooms
• Villa 5 rooms 8-10 pers. (REL) 115 m² : same as RDL plus a bedroom with twin beds, a shower room and additional WC
• Villa 6 rooms 10-12 pers. (RFL) 140 m² : same as villa RFL plus a mezzanine with double sofa bed and shower room with WC

The location

Situated in the Moliets Golf Club, only 1 hour from Biarritz and between the ocean and the forest, Moliets is known as a small paradise on the landaise coast.

The golf course, classified as 11th out of the best golf courses in France, dominates the village and the large sandy beach.
