The instructors
400 Alpine ski instructors, 40 snowboard instructors speaking French, English, German, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Dutch and Russian.
10 cross-country instructors.
14 hostesses in 4 selling points. 

Winter disciplines taught
• Alpine skiing: from beginner to competition level.
• Snowboard, telemark, mogul skiing and freeride for beginners or experienced skiers.
• Slalom racing from bronze “Fleche” or “Chamois d’argent” level. Instruction given by certified competition coaches.
• “Discovery” skiing in the world’s largest skiing area. Learn powder and off-piste skiing (for intermediate skiers), guaranteed thrills for advanced skiers.
• Cross-country skiing: traditional, skating, biathlon, tests and night skiing. Meeting places: Meribel, “Le Blanchot” on the Altiport road; Meribel-Mottaret, in front of the Tourist Office.
• Snow-shoeing.

Kids Fun Factory :
Ages 6/9, 10/13 and 14/17.
4 hours every morning and 2 full days, give them plenty of time for learning and fun, and the parents time to ski with and without the kids.

 E.S.F. "Les Saturnins" day-nursery
"Les Saturnins", in the Olympic Centre, caters for children from 18 months to 3 years.
They are introduced to indoor games and handicrafts, or outdoor activities, such as sledding or other snow games. It is advised to provide them with their usual teddy bear and health documentation. Book in advance.

 E.S.F. "Piou-Piou" Kindergartens
Situated at the Rond Point or at La Chaudanne (Meribel), and at Meribel-Mottaret, these kindergartens offer snow-covered playgrounds equipped with ski-lifts, inflatable playground characters and skiing merry-go-rounds for youngsters from 3 to 5 years.
From 9am to 5pm, children have fun and are introduced to skiing.
A centrally-heated chalet with games and a rest area is provided.

 "Kids Etcetera" day nursery and kindergarten
Children aged from  3 months to 7 years are looked after in a nursery in Les Allues, and enjoy  games, handicrafts, sledding, snowman-making, etc.
Children may be collected from your accommodation and or ski school.

The Magic Garden of Magic in Motion
For the little ones 4-6 years.
2 hour morning lessons in the Magic Garden with its magic carpet and chalet for rest time, then on the Altiport runs.

 Free activities for children under 5 years
A free ski pass for children under 5 (born in 2002 and after) can be collected from the ski-lift vending booths, upon production of  I.D. and photo.

Free entrance to the ice rink and swimming-pool.
Child minding
Qualified child-minders or baby-sitters  service will look after your children at your own accommodation.
English and other languages spoken.
