The residence is situated in a sought-after location on the edge of the Baule-St-Andre golf course, 18 holes over approximately 2.5ha, in front of a 4 star hotel-restaurant. The centre of La Baule is just 5km away and the beach 7km. The residence is 3km from the village and shops of St Andre des Eaux, and 17km from the extensive natural park La Grande Briere.

The residence has a magnificent heated outdoor swimming pool (180m² - open from May/June until the end of September weather permitting) with a terrace for sunbathing. There are 30 villas, each with terrace and garden, most at the edge of the golf course, and 31 apartments with either terrace, balcony or access to the garden.
