 From Les 2 Alpes, you can reach the magnificent scenery of La Grave
by carrier, from the top of the Dome de la Lauze ski tow. There, you
will discover a unique resort combining backcountry skiing and 2,150
m of downhill excitement, a freerider’s paradise.
A world-renowned site at the foot of the Meije, La Grave will win
you over with its exceptionally beautiful setting, its top-quality
snow, and its off-piste potential which has been luring ski fanatics
from around the world for some time now. Come see for yourself!
The Glaciers de la Meije cabin lifts allow you to reach Ruillans pass,
at 3,200 m, in 30 min, while the Trifides and Dome de la Lauze ski
tows bring you to 3,550 m. Prepare yourself to get an eyeful!
And what a delight for mountain architecture enthusiasts! Due to the
scarcity of wood and fires in the past centuries, houses were built
entirely out of stone. Built on rock and laid out in a terraced fashion,
facing the mountain, the houses display their blocks of calcareous
tufa or schist, held together by soil-based mortar.
They create an intricate maze of narrow, traditional alleyways, where
one enjoys getting lost… but never for too long!

The outdoors artificial skating rink of Les 2 Alpes spreads its icy
coat over 1,800 m2.
It is ideal for enjoying that gliding feeling on something other than
snow.
Skating lessons and camps can also be planned.

SWIMMING POOL
Ideally heated and outdoors, the pool includes two 25 m x 12 m pools,
as well as a paddling pool during the summer. Swimming lessons can
be organised on request.
