The totally renovated and cosily decorated Chalet “La
Maitreya” is situated in the heart of the French Alps just outside
the picturesque mountain
village Vaujany.
 Over a mojito and tapas one can enjoy a beautiful sunset
and Mother Nature at her best. It enables you to forget all problems
of everyday
life.
Chalet La Maitreya is run as catered chalet,
you enjoy your holiday while Anne and Pascal take care of the rest.
On waking up in the morning
you can take a short walk downstairs to find breakfast with a wide
choice of fresh fruit, homemade scones and French patisserie, served
in the ambiance of a 500 years old renovated cellar.
Returning home
after a day of skiing, mountain biking, mountain walks or paragliding,
it is time to unwind. Relax your body and spirit in the sauna, enjoy
the warm fire in the living room or perhaps you would prefer to read
a book on one of the loungers in the garden while we prepare a three-course
dinner for you. A variety of finest French wines will be served at
dinner, varieties that ca only be found in France.
 At the end of a leisurely
dinner it is time for heavenly night’s rest. You will be sleeping
in one of the double or triple rooms, all the
bedrooms are spacious and pleasantly furnished. Each bedroom has
its own bathroom and five also have a balcony. Maybe you would enjoy
a
night cap on your own balcony.
This is the way to enjoy a well-earned
winter sport break!
